White Sage (4inch) - Burned for centuries by Native Americans & other indigenous peoples as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person or space, and to promote wisdom and healing. It's also thought to have been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians and Romans to treat memory problems, digestive issues, and sore throats. The name sage comes from the Latin “salvia,” which means, “to feel healthy.”
Desert Blue Sage (4inch) - Used in Native American smudging ceremonies for purification, protection and inner strength. It is often burned at the beginning or prior to the main smudging ceremony - Desert Blue Sage has also been used for relaxing, relief from anxiety and headaches. Often its small shedded leaves are spread and scattered over the floor.
Geodes are a type of natural rock formation that contains a cavity lined with crystals or another type of mineral matter. They are formed as a hollow bubble inside of a layer of rock which was created by volcanic forces or chemical precipitation. Geodes are believed to represent feminine energy because they resemble a womb.
Selenite Wand (Satin Spar) - Known as a cleansing crystal that does not require smudging. It is used as an alternative to smudging and a way of welcoming and amplifying light energy entering the house through the window.
Rose Quartz - The stone of love, relationships and confidence
Clear Quartz - A master healer crystal - it can be used with any of the chakras
Amethyst - Said to relieve stress, tension and anxiety - often used as an aid for sleep.
Geode (Quartz) - Formed in gaps within rock with varying crystal sizes. Part (half) split geode.
