White Sage Wand (4inch) - A modern western style white sage stick based on the traditional white sage smudge sticks burned for centuries by Native Americans & other indigenous peoples. Used as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person or space, and to promote wisdom and healing. It's also thought to have been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians and Romans to treat memory problems, digestive issues, and sore throats. The name sage comes from the Latin “salvia,” which means, “to feel healthy.”
Grandmother 'Blue' Sage (4inch) - Used in Native American smudging ceremonies for purification, protection and inner strength. It is often burned at the beginning or prior to the main smudging ceremony - Desert Blue Sage has also been used for relaxing, relief from anxiety and headaches. Often its small shedded leaves are spread and scattered over the floor.
Yerba Santa (4 inch) - The name Yerba Santa, "holy weed," was given by the Spanish priests who learned of the medical value of the shrub from Native California tribes. It has been burned for centuries by native Americans to promote good health and well-being. Yerba santa is used in herbal medicine as well as in extract form in many modern medicines for respiratory conditions including cough, cold, tuberculosis, asthma, and long-term swelling (inflammation) of the airways in the lungs (chronic bronchitis). It is also used for fever and dry mouth. Some people use it to relieve muscle spasms and to loosen phlegm.
Native American White Sage Torch (4inch) - This is the traditional style white sage stick burned for centuries by Native Americans as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person or space, and to promote wisdom and healing.
